How to look for pikas?

A list of steps to take to find pikas
1. First you notice the rocky slopes.
2. Then you hear a squeal from somewhere.
3. Then you look very hard all over the rocky slope for quite a few minutes.
4. Then, if you are lucky, you may see a pika.
5. He may be hiding in a crack
6. She may be scampering very fast across the rocks.
7. Pika watching takes patience. Once you've found one, stick around and watch for awhile.
